Awarding a construction contract for the Fletcher Cove Community Center and\nMarine Safety Center roof replacements, Bid No. 2022-08, in the amount of\n$348,000, to Preman Roofing.\nb. Approving an amount of $52,200 (15%) for construction contingency.\nc. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the construction contract on behalf of\nthe City.\nd. Authorizing the City Manager to approve cumulative change orders up to the\nconstruction contingency amount.\ne. Authorizing the City Treasurer to increase the FY 2022/2023 CIP Budget in the\namount of $120,200; and authorizing the transfer of $120,200 from the General\nFund unallocated reserve to the CIP Budget.\nf.
