c) REPORT A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\n23-0531 HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, NAMING THE COMMUNITY\nGARDEN AT SOUTH PARK IN HONOR OF JEFF DUCLOS\n(Community Resources Manager Lisa Nichols)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council receive and file the Community Garden Renaming Joint\nSubcommittee Report (Attachment 1), and approve the Parks, Recreation, and\nCommunity Resources Advisory Commission's recommendation to:\n1. Adopt a resolution of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, renaming the Community\nGarden in honor of Jeff Duclos (Attachment 2); and\n2. Approve the installation of signage (Attachment 3) acknowledging the renaming as\nrequired by the Municipal Naming, Monument, and Sponsorship Policy (Attachment 4).
