o) REPORT ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE\n23-0528 HERMOSA BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO CANNABIS\nDELIVERY AND DETERMINATION THE ORDINANCE IS EXEMPT\nFROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA)\n(Community Development Director Carrie Tai)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Waive the full second reading and adopt by title only an Ordinance of the City of\nHermosa Beach, California, amending portions of Title 17 of the Hermosa Beach\nMunicipal Code relating to cannabis delivery and determine the ordinance is exempt from\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Attachment 1); and\n2. Direct the City Clerk to print and publish a summary ordinance in a newspaper of\ngeneral circulation within 15 days following adoption and post a copy on the City's\nbulletin for 30 days.
