Accept the work as completed for the Annual Sidewalk Improvements\nProject, CIP No. 50080 constructed by Addison-Miller, Inc. and authorize the\nCity Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County\nRegistrar-Recorder; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention payment to Addison-\nMiller, Inc. following the mandatory waiting period from the date the Notice\nof Completion is recorded.
