17. Recommended by Water System\nApproval of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 47329 for Owner’s Agent\nfor the San Fernando Basin Groundwater Remediation Facilities with\nHazen and Sawyer. The Amendment will extend the term by three years,\nand increase the amount by $17,500,000, for a total not to exceed amount\nof $66,000,000.\nDetermine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).\nCity Council approval is required per City Charter Section 373.
