CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-92,\nAPPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT WITH ALESHIRE\n& WYNDER (A&W) FOR CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES\nConsideration of Resolution No. 23-92, Approving Amendment No. 1 to\nAgreement for city attorney services. In November of 2019, the City\nentered into an agreement with A&W for city attorney services.\nAmendment No. 1 is sought to adjust the current compensation.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-92, approving Amendment No. 1 to\nagreement with Aleshire & Wynder (A&W) for City Attorney Services;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute agreement.
