CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-90,\nAPPROVING PURCHASE OF SCANNING SERVICES WITH ECS\nIMAGING INC.\nThe City Clerk’s Office is currently undergoing a records retention project\nwith ECS Imaging Inc. to enhance the department's capabilities of hosting\nand retaining scanned documents into Laserfiche. Staff is requesting to\nuse ECS Imaging Inc. scanning services to scan all of the Planning\nDepartment's plans.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-90, approving professional scanning services\nfrom ECS Imaging, Inc. (ECS); and\n2. Authorize City Manager or designee to accept the quote issued by\nECS.
