7) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH RON’S\nMAINTENANCE INCORPORATED FOR CATCH BASIN CLEANOUT SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Professional Services Contract (Contract No. 2136) with Ron’s Maintenance\nIncorporated for an annual cost of $34,384 for the cleaning of the City’s catch basins for\na five year term, with a City option to renew for two additional years;\nb. Approve a ten percent contingency of $3,438 to cover additional cleanings requested by\nthe City; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and any related documents.
