Determines that the project is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) in accordance with section 15301 of the State CEQA\nGuidelines; and\n2. Adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:\na. Approve Plans and Specifications for Alarm System Monitoring,\nAnnual Inspections & Repairs, Bid No. 015-24; and\nb. Award the bid to the sole responsive, responsible bidder,\nProgressive Technology Security Systems, Inc. (PTSSI), in the\namount of $39,898.
