Determines that the project is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) in accordance with sections 15307 and 15308 of the\nState CEQA Guidelines; and\n2. Adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:\na. Approve Plans and Specifications for Weed Abatement & Channel\nClearing, Bid No. 012-24; and\nb. Award the bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Habitat\nRestoration Sciences, Inc., in the amount of $199,546.50.
