7.1 Consider Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance Repealing Chapters 2.62\nand 2.57 of the Westminster Municipal Code, Terminating the Commission on Aging,\nand the Cultural Arts Commission.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council:\nA.
