4.7 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BIGGS CARDOSA ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR\nCONTINUED, UNINTERRUPTED SERVICES TO PROVIDE REQUIRED\nHABITAT RESTORATION MONITORING AND MAINTENANCE FOR THE\nSANTA MARGARITA PARKWAY BRIDGE HINGE PROJECT (Dugan)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc., to increase the total\ncontract amount by $37,574.74, in order to provide continued habitat\nrestoration monitoring and maintenance for the Santa Margarita\nParkway Bridge Hinge Repair Project; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute proposed Amendment No. 3 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc.\nItem No. 4.7
