4.6 NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE CITY HALL AND BTRCC HVAC\nREPLACEMENT PROJECT (Dugan)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Accept the improvements for the City Hall and BTRCC HVAC\nReplacement Project; and\n2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County\nof Orange Recorder’s Office within fifteen (15) calendar days, as\nrequired by Section 9204 of the California Civil Code; and\n3) Authorize the retention monies to be released thirty-five (35) days\nafter the Date of Recordation of the Notice of Completion, if all Stop\nNotices have been resolved and all potential claims are settled.\nItem No. 4.6
