Presentation of the City’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for\nthe Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2022 and authorization of an additional\ndiscretionary payment to CalPERS to reduce the City of Encinitas unfunded\npension liability. The action involves an organizational or administrative activity of\ngovernment that will not result in the direct or indirect physical change in the\nenvironment.
