Introduce by title only and waive further reading Ordinance No. 23-06, “An\nOrdinance of the City Council of the City of Walnut, California, Amending\nWalnut Municipal Code (WMC) Title 1 (General Provisions and\nAdministration) Section 1.12.010 (Misdemeanor/Infraction Penalty) and Title\n3 (Public Health, Safety and Welfare), Section(s) 3.36.030 (Definitions) and\n3.36.060 (Public Nuisance), to incorporate the prohibition of short – term\nrentals and finding the action to be exempt from CEQA”, and agendize for\nsecond reading and adoption at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting\nof October 11, 2023.
