Acceptance of the Lake Drive Sinkhole Repair Project,\nFinal Update on Citywide Emergency Storm Drain\nRepair Costs, and Approve Amendment of the Fiscal\nYear 2023-24 Budget to Appropriate $356,000 to\nProject No. CX23A - Emergency Repairs - Winter Storm\nSinkholes. Environmental Considerations: The action\nbeing considered by the City Council is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it\nis not a "project" under Section 15378(b)(5) of CEQA\nGuidelines. The action involves an organizational or\nadministrative activity of government that will not result\nin the direct or indirect physical change in the\nenvironment.
