5B. ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH COAST\nSURVEYING, INC., TRUXAW AND ASSOCIATES, INC., KDM MERIDIAN, INC.,\nWILLDAN ENGINEERING, INC., AND STARLIGHT SURVEYING, INC. FOR ON-\nCALL SURVEYING SERVICES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nCoast Surveying, Inc. to provide on-call surveying services without a\nguaranteed minimum and a not-to-exceed amount of $200,000; 2) Approve\na Professional Services Agreement with Truxaw and Associates, Inc. to\nprovide on-call surveying services without a guaranteed minimum and a not-\nto-exceed amount of $200,000; 3) Approve a Professional Services\nAgreement with KDM Meridian, Inc. to provide on-call surveying services\nwithout a guaranteed minimum and a not-to-exceed amount of $200,000; 4)\nApprove a Professional Services Agreement with Willdan Engineering, Inc. to\nprovide on-call surveying services without a guaranteed minimum and a not-\nto-exceed amount of $200,000; 5) Approve a Professional Services\nAgreement with Starlight Surveying, Inc. to provide on-call surveying\nservices without a guaranteed minimum and a not-to-exceed amount of\n$200,000; 6) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to any of the agreements; and, 7)\nAuthorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute the agreements.
