COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY\nTRANSPORTATION AGENCY (OCTA) FOR THE COUNTYWIDE SIGNAL\nSYNCHRONIZATION BASELINE PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Cooperative Agreement with the\nOrange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for the Countywide Signal\nSynchronization Baseline Project ("Agreement"); 2) Authorize the City\nManager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes\nto the Cooperative Agreement; and 3) Authorize the City Manager and City\nClerk to execute the Cooperative Agreement on the City's behalf.
