AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT APPROPRIATIONS\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve the budget appropriations\nas noted in the staff report to appropriate funds from the American Rescue Plan Fund\nfor costs that the City has already incurred or for projects that are on-going.
