Purchase of Real Property Related to the Del Mar Riverpath Phase 3 Project\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Approve a\nPurchase & Sale Agreement (Attachment A) for the purchase of Assessor Parcel\nNumber (APN) 299-200-51 (Property); 2) Adopt a Resolution (Attachment B)\nauthorizing recordation of a Certificate of Acceptance (Attachment C) and a Grant\nDeed (Attachment D) to purchase real property known as APN 299-200-51; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute and record documents necessary to\nfacilitate acquisition of the Property.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 702-1
