H.2. DISCUSSION TO EXPLORE OPTIONS ON THE CREATION OF THE THIRD\nSATELLITE LIBRARY (Report of: City Manager)\nRecommendations:\n1. Authorize the Assistant City Manager/CFO/Treasurer to locate a\nsuitable third satellite library site, negotiate and execute a lease\nagreement including any tenant improvements that may be needed to\nthe suitable site before occupancy, revise the current contract with\nLibrary Systems & Services (our current library program consultant) to\ninclude the programing for the new satellite library, and any other items\ndeemed necessary to get the new satellite library operational; or\n2. Provide alternate direction to the Assistant City Manager.
