Approve second amendment with Moreno Valley Mall Holding, LLC.\n(2250 Town Circle Holdings, LLC) for Library Space lease of space\n#2078 at the Moreno Valley Mall.\n2. Authorize Executive Director/City Manager to execute the Second\nAmendment in the amount of $137,490.80 and request required\nPurchase Order(s) in FY 23/24-24/25.\n3. Award a Professional Consultant Services Agreement to IMS\nInfrastructure Management Services, LP to provide updates to the\nPavement Management System and perform Roadway Asset Data\nCollection Services;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Consultant\nServices Agreement with IMS Infrastructure Management Services,\nLP, in the amount of $574,683, funded by the State Gasoline Tax\n(Fund 2000);\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to IMS Infrastructure\nManagement Services, LP in the amount of $574,683 when the\nagreement has been signed by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments\nto the Agreement with IMS Infrastructure Management Services, LP\nwithin Council approved annual budgeted amounts, including the\nauthority to authorize the associated purchase orders in accordance\nwith the terms of the Agreement, subject to the approval of the City\nAttorney.
