Adopt Resolution No. 2023-XX to accept the U.S. Department of\nHousing and Urban Development (HUD) HOME American Rescue\nPlan (HOME-ARP) funds and revised allocation plan, and\n2. Designate the City Manager, City Attorney and Chief Financial Officer\nas authorized signatory to execute HOME-ARP documents on behalf\nof the City of Moreno Valley as outlined on the revised allocation plan.
