A.5. APPROVAL OF SECOND AMEND TO AGREEMENT WITH MORENO\nVALLEY MALL HOLDING, LLC. FOR LIBRARY SPACE LEASE AT THE\nMORENO VALLEY MALL (Report of: Parks & Community Services)\nRecommendations: That the City Council and CSD:\n1. Approve second amendment with Moreno Valley Mall Holding, LLC.\n(2250 Town Circle Holdings, LLC) for Library Space lease of space\n#2078 at the Moreno Valley Mall.\n2. Authorize Executive Director/City Manager to execute the Second\nAmendment in the amount of $137,490.80 and request required\nPurchase Order(s) in FY 23/24-24/25.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments\nto the Agreement within Council approved annual budgeted amounts,\nincluding the authority to authorize the associated purchase orders in\naccordance with the terms of the Agreement, subject to the approval\nof the City Attorney.
