B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-63 APPROVING THE CITYWIDE\nHISTORIC RESOURCES SURVEY REPORT\nA citywide historic resource survey is a list of potentially-eligible cultural\nresources throughout a city. A historic resource survey provides the basis for\nan inventory of cultural resources. On September 13, 2023, the Historic\nPreservation and Cultural Resource Commission adopted a resolution\nrecommending the City Council to approve the Citywide Historic Resources\nSurvey Report. There is no fiscal impact related to this item.\nThis project is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Sections 15061(B)(3) and 15262 of the CEQA\nGuidelines. This includes a section known as the general rule and exempts\nprojects where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the\nactivity in question may have a significant effect on the environment.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 23-63 approving\nthe Citywide Historic Resources Survey Report.
