Adopt resolutions for the following groups amending the City\ncontributions for CalPERS medical premiums, each consistent with a\npreviously approved Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) and the\nAffordable Care Act (“ACA”):\nEl Segundo Police Officers’ Association (“POA”);\nEl Segundo Police Support Services Employees’ Association (“PSSEA”);\nEl Segundo Supervisory and Professional Employees’ Association\n(“SPEA”); and\nUnrepresented Hourly Employees considered full-time under the ACA.\n2.
