Vacation of Water Easement on Tract Map No. 17599\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable Board of Directors of the Victorville Water District:\n(1) Find the easement vacation not subject to environmental review under the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines\nSections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3); and\n(2) Adopt Resolution No. VWD 23-013 vacating the easement as described and\ndepicted by the exhibits attached thereto and ordering the recordation of the same.
