3-G. AUTHORIZE THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH CITY FABRICK IN A FORM APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY FOR\nPARKS SYSTEM MASTER PLAN SERVICES\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with City\nFabrick, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for Parks System Master Plan services\nfor $150,000 (+ a 5% contingency of $7,500); and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
