THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT 2241-A WITH VALLEY MAINTENANCE CORP.\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to Agreement 2241-A\nwith Valley Maintenance Corp., in a form approved by the City Attorney, to add one\nadditional service day for the Bruggemeyer Library in the amount of $12,648;\n(2) Approving an additional appropriation of $30,000 to the Building Maintenance Fund (506)\nfor janitorial services and supplies; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nPage 3 of 208\nMonterey Park City Council Agenda, October 4, 2023 - Page 4
