4. Authorize the Addition of Two (2) New Police Vehicles to the City's Lease\nProgram\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the addition of two (2) new police vehicles to the City’s\nlease program; and,\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate funds from Fund\nNo. 402 to Acct # 402-50-591-58140-15727 in the amount of\n$22,952.40 for FY 23-24 lease cost and $32,484.88 for the one–\ntime purchase for the after-market emergency equipment and make\nnecessary budget adjustment; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Public Works to add two (2) vehicles to the\nlease program and process the necessary documents.\nSTAFF REPORT
