City Council: Acceptance of $140,000 in grant funds from the County of San Diego Neighborhood\nReinvestment Program for Fire Department equipment; appropriation of these funds to the Fire\nDepartment; appropriation of these funds to the grant fund; authorization for the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute all related grant documents; and, authorization for the Financial Services\nDirector, or designee, to execute the associated purchase order in the amount of $140,775 to\nWestern Extrication Specialists, Inc.
