NAMING OF THE METRO PURPLE (D) LINE SECTION 2 STATION.\nComment: Staff recommends that City Council (1) review the proposed station\nname, “Wilshire/Beverly Dr.”, and the alternative name, “Wilshire/Cañon Dr.”; (2)\nconsent to a station name for Metro Staff to present at the Metro Board meeting on\nOctober 26, 2023; and/or (3) provide directions if a consensus is not reached.
