AUTHORIZE the City Engineer to issue and advertise the transmitted RFQ to\narchitectural and related professional services consultants for various public\nworks projects;\n2. AUTHORIZE the staff from the Department of Public Works to evaluate and\nprequalify the respondents based upon the requirements and procedures set\nforth in the RFQ;\nREQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) – PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACTS –\nPRE­QUALIFIED ON­CALL ARCHITECTURAL AND RELATED PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES CONSULTANTS – VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS\nRecommending the Board:\n1.
