(5)\nBPW­2023­0550\nADVISEMENT #1\nBOS + BCA\nCD 14\nPERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT – CENTRAL LOS ANGELES RECYCLING AND\nTRANSFER STATION\nRecommending the Board:\n1. APPROVE and FORWARD this report with transmittals to the Mayor and\nCity Council with the request that the Board of Public Works be authorized to\nexecute a Personal Services Contract with American Restore Inc. for\nSpecialized As­Needed Services for the application and maintenance of\nconcrete floor protective topping at Central Los Angeles Recycling and\nTransfer Station; and\n2. UPON the Mayor’s and Council’s authorization, the President or two (2)\nmembers of the Board will execute the contract.\n(W.O. S02PCFTW)\nSpecialized As­Needed Services for the application and maintenance of\nconcrete floor protective topping at Central Los Angeles Recycling and\nTransfer Station; and\n2.
