CONSIDER AWARD OF BID FOR DOWNTOWN PARKLETS PROJECT (BID 2023-08)\nCEQA: Determined to be categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to\nSection 15301(c) (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the plans and specifications for Project 32337 - Downtown Parklets Improvements;\naward the construction contract to DASH Construction in the amount of $1,243,013.56, which\nincludes a 15% contingency; authorize an additional budget allocation of $350,000 from\nQuimby funds and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any future\nextension or amendments within the City Manager’s authority.
