9. 23-1150 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP HE-23-235 and award a\ncontract to 1736 Family Crisis Center, of Los Angeles, CA, for the\ncomprehensive services and programming that addresses the promotion of\nmental health support and reduction of substance use for Long Beach\nyouth, in a total annual amount not to exceed $120,000, for a period of one\nyear, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods at the\ndiscretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee,\nto execute all documents necessary to enter into the contract, including\nany necessary subsequent amendments.
