CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR SHADE STRUCTURES\nAT OLIVEDALE PARK\nCEQA: Determined to be exempt pursuant to Section 15302, Replacement or Reconstruction\nand Section 15303, New Construction or Conversion or Small Structures, of the CEQA\nGuidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove a construction contract with Innovative Playgrounds, Inc. in the amount of\n$220,248.08 for the replacement of the existing picnic shade structure and the addition of a\nsecond picnic shade structure at Olivedale Park; authorize an appropriation of $59,380 in\nQuimby funds, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and provide a 50%\ndeposit to the vendor.
