AMENDMENT TO SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENTS FOR COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT SERVICES\nRecommendations:\n(1) Appropriate $500,000 for contractual services within the Community Development\nDepartment and increase estimated permit fee revenue by the same amount; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to amend Agreement #22-47 with Amber Gregg, Inc.,\nAgreement #22-61 with Sagecrest Planning and Environmental, and Agreement #22-49\nwith CSG Consulting Inc. to provide an additional $500,000 in planning and building\nservices.\nStaff Report
