Approving Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement\ndated February 24, 2020, as previously amended by Amendment No. 1 dated\nMay 23, 2022, between the City of Seal Beach and Tetra Tech, Inc., extending\nthe Agreement term to and including June 30, 2026, on the same terms and\nconditions; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute\nAmendment No. 2 on behalf of the City.
