4E. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ECONOMICS, INC. FOR\nCONTINUED IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SB 1383 EDIBLE FOOD RECOVERY\nPROGRAM\nAuthorize the Public Works Department to continue to work with EcoNomics, Inc.\nto support Buena Park's Edible Food Recovery Program, in compliance with the\nmandates of Senate Bill 1383.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a professional services agreement with\nEcoNomics, Inc. for continued implementation of the City's edible food\nrecovery program; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make\nany necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and 3) Authorize\nthe City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
