(RPG),\nextending the service agreement to August 24, 2024, and in an amount not to\nexceed $170,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $717,000; (2) Authorizing the\nCity Manager or designee to make necessary budget adjustments, appropriations\nand transfers related to Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement (C00658) with Romo\nPlanning Group Inc.; and, (3) Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute\nthe final one-year extension through August 26, 2025, in the amount of $170,000 to\nthe Professional Service Agreement (C00658) with Romo Planning Group Inc. on\nbehalf of the City Council.
