Waive further reading and adopt AN UNCODIFIED ORDINANCE OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLAREMONT, CALIFORNIA,\nPERMITTING A DENSITY BONUS GREATER THAN WHAT IS REQUIRED\nBY STATE DENSITY BONUS LAW AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO PREPARE AND EXECUTE A DENSITY\nBONUS HOUSING AGREEMENT FOR THE 56-UNIT TOWNHOME AND\nLIVE/WORK DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 1030 WEST FOOTHILL\nBOULEVARD (TTM #83751, #22-A06) BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF\nCLAREMONT, AND OLSON URBAN HOUSING, LLC; and\nB. Find that this ordinance is within the scope of the Final IS/MND prepared\nfor the project (State Clearinghouse No. 20230406662), adopted September\n13, 2023 by the Architectural Commission, and that under Section 21166 of\nthe California Public Resources Code and Section 15162 of the Guidelines to\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), there is no basis for\nsubsequent or supplemental environmental review.\nAttachment(s): Density Bonus Ordinance
