Award Bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction\ncontract with GA Technical Services, Inc. for the construction of the North\nHeritage Phase 1 Fiber Optic Project in the amount of $218,484.01 and\nauthorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $21,848.40 (Bid No.\nSB-147-DE-23).\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility\nagreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of\nthe City of Fontana for the North Heritage Phase 1 Fiber Optic Project.
