That the Town Council award a Professional Services Agreement\nto Fehr and Peers for the Town’s Circulation Element Update in\nthe amount of $189,000 subject to "Approval as to Form" by the\nTown Attorney and "Approval as to Content" by the Town\nManager.\nB. Approve Budget Amendment Request to supplement the\n$150,000 budgeted item with an additional $39,000 from\nunprogrammed Traffic Impact Fee funds to cover potential\noptional items as listed in Fehr and Peers’ proposal.
