Execute the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Glendora and the San Gabriel\nValley Council of Governments for $6.6 million in funding for the Glendora People Movement\nProject\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of\nAgreement between the City of Glendora and the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments\nfor $6.6 million in funding for the Glendora People Movement Project; and 2. Authorize an\nincrease in estimated revenues in the amount of $6,600,000.00 and appropriate expenditures in\nthe same amount to the Glendora People Movement Project.
