1.16 Agreement with MNS Engineers, Inc. for Engineering Support Services\nPresented By: Jason Farag , Public Works/ Engineering Department\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. As authorized by WMC Section 3.28, find that it would be advantageous to the\nCity to dispense with the requirements of that code section regarding procurement\nof contracts for services over $50,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Services with MNS\nEngineers, Inc., for Engineering support services; and\n3. Appropriate an additional $100,000 to Development Engineering Contractual\nServices, to accommodate the Agreement.
