APPROVAL OF FY 2022-23 BUDGET CARRYOVERS AND FY 2023-24\nRE-BUDGETS AND FINAL FY 2022-23 BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the requested FY\n2022-23 carryovers, updates to the FY 2023-24 re-budgets, and the budget\namendments to the funds and accounts as noted on the attachments. If the City\nCouncil concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve the requested FY 2022-23 carryovers, updates to the FY 2023-24\nre-budgets, and the budget amendments to the funds and accounts as noted on the\nattachments in the Staff Report.”
