O-23-1406 (SECOND READING)\nADDING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 23.06.16 TO IMPLEMENT STATE\nLAW REGARDING PARKING REQUIREMENTS WITHIN A HALF-MILE\nOF PUBLIC TRANSIT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council adopt Ordinance No. O-23-1405. If\nthe City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n“I move to adopt Ordinance No. O-23- 1406, an Ordinance of the San Marino City\nCouncil adding San Marino Municipal Code Section 23.06.16 to implement Assembly\nBill 2097 by eliminating minimum parking requirements on a residential, commercial,\nor other development project if the project is located within one-half mile of public\ntransit.”
