Award of Contract for Design Services for the Civic Center Exterior Improvements Project; \n Department: Engineering\n\n Recommendation: That the City Council (1) authorize the City Manager to enter into an\n agreement with IMEG Corp. in the amount of $281,620 for design services for the preparation of\n construction documents for the Civic Center Exterior Improvements Project; and (2) approve a\n 15% project contingency in the amount of $42,243 to cover any unforeseeable changes that may\n arise during design.
