CC 12. Amendment to Resolution No. 23-26, Approving the Application and Availability of\nMatching Funds for the Statewide Park Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant –\nAvenue J Neighborhood Park\nRecommendation(s):\nThat the City Council amend Resolution No. 23-26, approving the application and availability of\nmatching funds for the Statewide Park Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant to include a\nclause that states that the City of Lancaster agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and\nlocal laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and guidelines.\nThe City Council approved Resolution No. 23-26 on May 10, 2023, approving the\napplication and availability of matching funds for the Statewide Park Land and Water\nConservation Fund (LWCF) Grant. However, the resolution did not include a clause stating\nthat the City of Lancaster agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws,\nordinances, rules, regulations, and guidelines. The Grantor has requested the addition of the\nclause to move the grant application forward.
